Because One Honest Conversation Can Change a Lot –
That’s Why This Discussion Guide Exists.
This guide exists for a very simple reason.
One man reached out and asked if I had anything that could help him slow down while reading Resilient Now… something that would help him reflect, not just read.
He also mentioned that he meets regularly with a small group of guys.
So I put those two things together.
What you’ll find here isn’t a curriculum or a program. It’s not meant to fix anything. It’s a set of questions and reflections designed to create space… space for men to notice where their strength came from, who showed up for them along the way, and how life shaped what they now carry.
The guide can be used alone or with others. Around a table. In a living room. Over coffee. Or quietly on your own. There’s no right pace and no pressure to share more than feels honest.
I made this available because I know how rarely men are given permission to reflect without performing. To speak without being corrected. To sit with their story and recognize what was built in them over time.
If you’re part of a men’s group and looking for a simple way to guide meaningful conversation, I hope this helps.
If you’re reading on your own and want something to walk alongside you, I hope it meets you where you are.
And if this only ever gets used by one group of guys… or even one man… that’s enough.
You’re welcome to download it and use it freely for personal or group reflection.
Be Resilient Now.
