There’s this idea that strong people “handle it.”

On their own.
Quietly.
Efficiently.

We’ve tried that. I know I have.

It works…
until it doesn’t.

That’s what I’ve learned. Maybe you have too.

Here’s what I know: Pausing to talk it through isn’t weakness.

It’s exactly the thing that brings about clarity.

When we say something out loud, we hear it differently.

We start to notice what’s real.
What’s exaggerated.
What’s fear.
And what’s truth.

We don’t need a stage or a speech to do this at all.

We just need one safe person.

Someone we trust.
Maybe someone who loves us.

So let’s not carry everything alone.

Let’s choose one conversation that helps us move forward.

And then … let’s go have that conversation.
